All rings are size adjustable although, the smaller rings fit more comfortably on kids hands and the larger rings dont fit larger fingers comfortably. All you have to do to adjust them is to pull or push the ring band to your finger size. These may irritate hypersensitive skin since it is plated metal, you could coat the inside of the band with clear nail polish to combat this issue. These rings are great because kids can still wear rings they would normally quickly grow out of, or if you are like me, you have a hard time finding rings that comfortably fit.
